Explanation Of Technique

1) Facing opponent

2) Fighting Stances

3) Lead hand punch to face

4) reverse punch to face

Note: Both punches are to keep opponent on upper defensive

and take weight off front leg.

5) With rear hand grab your opponent

6) Connect with rear leg sweep in full momentum while still grabbing

7) and 8) are close-ups of sweep

10) With the hand that's grabbing pull him in and punch to face
