BEN OTAKE SENSEI ASSISTED BY JIM SANCHEZ SENSEI
1) Opponent has your arm in lock and pulling your hair.
2) CLOSE-UP of hair pull.
3) Rotate in the direction of the hair pull under the arm of opponent.
4) Pull opponents arm forward and you are in position for take down.
5) Take down.
Practice this technique till you get the feel of releasing arm lock pressure
The idea is to go with the direction of the force rather then resist.
NOTE : It is very difficult to use still pictures and get the true meaning and flow of the technique but hopefully we have made it clear.
